In 2006 edi purchased and renovated an office complex to illustrate the practical application of green materials and processes. The ēo (eco-office) project is a living example of the principles we practice. Design, LEED® consulting and construction of the project were accomplished in-house. This exemplary sustainable, urban infill project has proven edi’s expertise in the field of sustainable design and project development, and serves as an excellent example of the adaptive reuse of a standard existing office building.
